Ahold Halloween
Challenge: Develop a seasonal Halloween promotion for Hershey that engages customers, drives sales, and builds basket size in Ahold Stores (Stop & Shop, Giant, and Martin’s).
Inspiration: Candy apples are a tried-and-true fall favorite treat. We knew that making them the centerpiece of a fun and creative dessert bar was a recipe for success.
Solution: We partnered with Kraft and Kellogg’s brands to create a Halloween Candy Apple Bar — the perfect party solution for any seasonal gathering — combining the festive spirit of Halloween with product cross-promotion to enhance the shopping experience.
Results: The campaign successfully integrated multiple brands and retail elements, culminating in recognition as an Effie Finalist for its effectiveness in driving engagement and sales during the Halloween season.
